Ingredients:
Basmati rice-2 cups
oil-2 tsp
mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
curry leaves-8 leaflets
split Bengal gram-2 tsp
green chillies-4
shredded coconut- 4 tsp
Procedure:
1. Cook the rice and keep it aside
2.Take 2 tsp of oil in a pan and heat it. put the mustard seeds. after the popping sound starts put the cumin seeds and then add the split Bengal gram.
3. Add green chillies and then add the curry leaves.
4. Add the cooked rice and mix it properly.
5. Reduce the heat and add the shredded coconut and mix it and the add salt for taste.
