Pudina rice

in a pan, put littl oil
few green chillies + Pudina leaves and fry it a littl
thn grind it and keep it aside
thn in a pan, put some oil + jeera + aavalu + few curry leaves + few green chillies + little garlic paste + diced aloo (according to ur reqrt.) and fry it a littl till the aloo is littl boiled thn + salt + pudina paste and fry it a littl......and finally mix dis curry in cooked rice and garnish it with corriander and serve it hot.....
